Build your best day

“I changed my goal setting into day building.

I build the best days I can. Meditation, workout, work, family time, rest time, etc.

I know if I can build great days and stack them…I’ll reach all my goals, plus some.”

This is from Cait Mack, another awesome daily blogger I’ve been reading lately.

It got me thinking…

  • What type of day do I want to build today?
  • Are all these activities adding value to my life?
  • On Friday night when I finish work, will I be satisfied with the week I’ve just lived?
