Can you be positive ALL the time?

Someone asked recently, “how can I stay positive and happy in every single situation?”

Honestly, I think the answer is: you can’t.

Everybody has bad days… The trick is not to dwell on them.

Everybody has negative thoughts… The trick is not to speak them or act on them.

Everybody gets angry and frustrated… The trick is forgiving and moving on as quickly as possible.

As humans, we have about 60,000 different thoughts every day. Some will be negative and some will be positive. Being happy is about acknowledging the negative ones, but choosing to lead you day with the positive ones.
