Most of the stress we feel in life is self created. We are our own worst enemy sometimes, and manifest our own problems.
But here’s the flip side…
If you believe the statement above, you also must believe that we create our own peace, too. We can manifest our lack-of problems and relaxing times in life. We are in control of the goodness we feel!
Today, think about the peaceful bubble that you want to live inside. Remind yourself of your good qualities and all the wicked things you have going for you.
Stay in that peaceful mindset all weekend. You can go back to creating problems for yourself on Monday 🤣. Just kidding.
