A beautiful story came in from a reader yesterday πππ
*****
“Yesterday, on my drive into work, I stopped at a red light. I looked in my rear view mirror and the older man in the car behind me just looked so tired and sad. Of course I donβt know what was going on in his life, but I thought that no one should look so defeated on a sunny morning in April. So while waiting for the light to change, I just sat there making a big wish from my heart that the man would have a really good day. I wished for him to get a wonderful surprise that would bring a real smile to his face.
The light turned green and I continued along to work. An hour into my work day, my boss came into my office and thanked me for my efforts on an on-going special project and gave me a generous bonus. A bonus for staff is pretty much un-heard of at my place of employment. That was a wonderful surprise that brought a huge smile to my face. I told my boss that I was just going to sit in my office and glow all day while I worked.
When I got home, my boss had also sent a bouquet of flowers to my house. Another surprise.
And, the florist had made a mistake and delivered two bouquets by accident, so my house is filled with flowers now. Yet another surprise.
I hope that man had an equally wonderful day.”
So there you have it. Proof that life is like an echo…
What you send out into the world —> comes back to you. (sometimes 2X! π)
Happy Sunday!! Get out there and spread some goodness!
