✅ I’ve reminded myself that I’m incredibly blessed in life.
✅ I’ve reminded myself that I’m really good at _______, and I’m gonna use that strength to make a difference today!
✅ I’ve helped someone out today
✅ I’ve texted or emailed an old friend I haven’t talked to in a while to check in with them
✅ I ate a healthy meal!
✅ I did a small workout. woohoo!
✅ Something really annoyed me today, but instead of complaining I forgave and forgot immediately!
✅ I got off work early today because I prioritized my important stuff and did it all first
✅ I looked at myself in the mirror and said “Dang!, you are one good lookin’ person!”
✅ I’ve smiled and laughed with my friends, and some strangers today.
✅ I’ve told someone a joke today (don’t have one? use this… Why wasn’t the woman happy with the velcro she bought? It was a total ripoff.)
Today is going to be a great day! Because you are making it so.
