If you eat junk food all day every day, your physical health will decline rapidly.
We all know there are consequences for what we put into our bodies.
“Garbage input = Garbage output”
Well, it’s the same with information you let into your brain each day.
If your days are filled with mindless social media, YouTube videos, ads, and bad TV, your intelligence declines. Your happiness declines. Real life experiences decline.
So today… Be careful what you let into your mind. Make a habit of ingesting healthy, positive data into your brain.
