- Do you come up with ideas that nobody else has?
- Do you work late or overtime?
- Do you help others with their work also?
- Do you put in extra effort, even when you’re not asked to?
- Do you care about your clients, partners and coworkers?
- Are you proud of what you do?
- Do you get paid for doing what you do?
If you’re on this email list, my guess is you answered Yes to most, if not all, of the questions above. Give yourself a pat on the back.
