A parent at school noticed my kid had a small stye in one of his eyes… The next morning, without asking, she handed me a bag with some eye wipes, cream and a compression mask.
She didn’t have to help. But she had “some extra stuff laying around and some spare time”.

Likable people don’t use spare time as “me time”. They use it to be thoughtful and do nice things for others, just because they can.
