Stress + Rest = Growth

This morning I woke up thinking about work. Stuff I need to do, catch up on, people I need to call, etc.
But, It’s Sunday. And I’ve learned that if I don’t give myself “adequate rest and recovery”, there’s part of the equation that is missing. I’m not growing as strong as I could be.
So today the laptop will stay shut, phone in the drawer. I can seek discomfort tomorrow knowing I’m fully rested and ready for it.
