Read these out loud to yourself…
“Today will be a great day”
“I am in charge of how I feel, and I choose to be happy”
“No matter what the world throws at me today, I will figure it out. I’ve handled everything this far in life, and each day I’m getting smarter and stronger.”
“Today I will help those around me. Helping others makes me feel good”
“Today I won’t waste time on crap that doesn’t contribute towards my goals.”
Now, If you don’t want to say these out loud, you can just say them quietly. And if you don’t want to say them quietly, try just whispering them to yourself. And if you don’t want to whisper, well, just think about them. If your brain believes the words, they manifest into reality.
Today will be a great day.
