“We become what we repeatedly do”
I came across this quote recently and it reminded me to review my daily habits. I gotta keep the good ones and shed the ones that no longer serve me!
As part of this, I have stopped drinking for the past couple weeks. It hasn’t been hard at all, and I don’t really even miss it.
My parents have stopped drinking too, and we made a funny little challenge to put $5 in a jar each day that we go without alcohol. I’m up 18 days, and I have a spare $90! Woot Woot.
