Hey y’all, it’s the weekend!
And I’m thinking we should give away all our worldly possessions, strip our clothes off and live naked in the woods for a while. According to Baloo the bear, there are plenty of bugs and ants we can eat — and apparently that’s where true happiness lies!
Who’s with me??
Hmmm… Actually on second thought, how about we just stay in our cozy houses and keep our clothes on…
But perhaps this weekend we could try our best to enjoy the simple things in life. Shedding stress is more about focussing on the small things you already have, instead of all the fancy stuff you don’t have.
